My unit is very small, can I get ISO?
- ISO 9000 is quality management system and has nothing to do with the type or size of the unit.
I don’t use modern technology for production.
- ISO does not ask for modern technology. Is you use them then it is an added advantage, otherwise it is not essential.
I am a service organization, I don’t produce anything.
- ISO 9000 is a generic standard applicable to all organizations regardless of its type, size and product produced. Your customer focus is required, that’s it.
Will I have to change my whole system?
- Your need to systematize your activity, there is no need of total change in the way in which you work; there is a need to make it in ‘system’.

- It is not too costly. Any investment in quality yields higher returns in long run. There are various schemes of government which gives you financial aid. IBH is approved consultancy company by government. Ask IBH representative for more information on the financial assistance.
